Aril Brikha & Sebastian Mullaert – Illuminate - Mule Musiq
Well there certainly are some killer collaborations at the moment and here's another one to add to the list! Swedish techno legends Aril Brikha (Art Of Vengeance) and Sebastian Mullaert (Wa Wu We) get in the studio to deliver a couple of emotive and soulful journeys through the techno realm. "Illuminate" features some evolving and infectious arpeggiations so typical of Mullaert's work, carried by some nice immersive pads. "Radiate" gets dubbier, this time with a melody more typical of Brikha, backed by a tight, well executed groove. A fine couple of journeys in atmospheric techno indeed.
