This natural red Burgundy from Master Cossard is made from the Pinot Noir grape variety.

The cuvée is elaborated on a few different plots of land located around the village of Volnay and some old plots of land near Nuits-Saint-Georges.

This version of Pinot Noir is much lighter than usual. Lots of freshness with some funky notes.

No added sulfur.
