Maara - Ultimate Reward - NAFF

There is a real kink to the kick patterns of Maara's opener here that immediate gets you nodding. When the steamy female vocal sounds are layered in next to more manic wordless loops, then the breakbeats come, and the bubbly bass arrives, you don't know whats going on but you love it. 'Der She Goes' is another inventive tune with deep space melodies layered over jittering broken beats that race along at hyper speed. 'Splash On Mi' is a slow and sludgy, liquid dub techno workout that's simply brilliant and 'Tranquil Lust Mommy' then rides on a sleek electro beat. This is as techno fresh as we've heard in a while.
