Newcomer Eric Miller arrives on the scene with a big bang, landing his debut release on the always brilliant Sushitech. This is six cuts of quality deep techno of the dubby kind; "Untitled 1" is evidence of this with its resonating dub chords hypnotising you into submission. The stripped and rolling bass driven house of "Untitled 2" is a worthy addition to any serious DJs crate while "Untitled 4" is possibly the most emotive and melodic cut on here with its mesmerising chords and trippy arpeggio doing most of the work over a restrained groove. "Untitled 5" is the kind of glacial, smoked out and immersive dub techno that even Rod Modell and Steve Hitchell would stand up and notice. What a debut, this guy is one to watch!
