For your culture, the White-crested Cockatoo is a large parrot, its plumage as well as its large crest are completely white except the inside of the crest, the underside of the tail and the inside of the wings which are yellow. This bird measures between 45 to 50 cm and weighs on average 900 g... A beautiful bird which gave its name - after a slight detour ;-) to this vintage of Lori Haon.

This easy-to-drink natural white wine, produced from a blend of Grenache blanc, Viognier and Clairette, is another revelation for us. A wine that keeps its freshness at less than 10mg of total sulfur... it's not every day you come across wines like this!

Jajatoès is a dry, aromatic, well-made, straightforward and simple wine that you can serve with an assortment of tapas.
