One of the most exciting estates in the south, founded by Tom Lubbe and his wife Nathalie, both from New Zealand. Having worked in South Africa at the Welgemeend estate, it was at the end of the 90s/beginning of 2000 that he did an internship with Gerard Gauby and settled in Calce in 2001. The estate is now more than 15 hectares on small plots of old vines where he produces delicate wines, biodynamic, without chemical inputs, he likes to harvest early to keep alcohol levels low and thus produce wines with a beautiful freshness and intensity.
