Magnificent terroirs, a very varied geological mosaic, vines planted on an ancient lava flow, soils worked entirely with horses ... An exciting beginning of history, which led us to Rémi Poujol's house, "Le Temps Fait Tout", and well done ! Rémi is a true artisan winemaker, who cultivates a dozen hectares, but only vinifies a part of his production. Here, no input is used, in the vineyard as well as in the cellar, not even a little sulfur in the vinification. After more than ten vintages of no-input winemaking, Rémi Poujol's wines have reached a remarkable level of quality. The juices are frank, direct and have a real personality; true artisan wines, worked on drinkability without forgetting the substance. The balance is impeccable, the finish long and fresh, it is really very good! Special mention for the Brutal cuvée made of Carignan and Mourvèdre, to sip happily, one bottle after the other...
