iO (Mulen) - Crux/Airflow EP - Cardinal

iO (Mulen) is back with another great release, this time for Belgium's Cardinal and following up his great release on Ukraine's Propaganda earlier this year. Starting things off in fine fashion with the rolling and funky "Crux" which will immerse you in its deepness and sound design but has equally enough energy to move a dancefloor... "Airflow" on the flip is a tough cut, with a pounding groove backed sci-fi atmospherics; peak time minimal if we've ever heard it. Fans of Barac, Vincentiulian and the whole Romanian minimal scene should most definitely check this out.
