Unknown Artist ‎– ODE - Ode

Here's an ode to Ode. Hell, they're still only on one of their first few releases but they're good for it, trust us! Here's the lowdown; soulful German techno reminiscent of Kanzleramt or early noughties Tresor. "Track 1" samples the existential ramblings of an intellectual over a tough and emotive groove with nice syncopated rhythms. On the flip "Track 2" gets more minimal with a more reduced house groove, haunting pads and whistling melody sounding like a hi-tech Daniel Bell track. Pretty good.
